We are located in Alberta, Canada.

Why are your prices in US dollars?

Our shopping cart program and our merchant account require that we use the US dollar to be able to integrate them.   We also sell worldwide and since the US dollar is widely recognized we figured this would be the best way to go.

How long will it take to ship my item?

We process and ship all orders within 3 business days.  If for any reason there is a delay we will contact you to let you know.  If you would like an estimate of when you can expect your product to arrive please visit our SHIPPING page for full details.

How does your FREE digi promotion work?

Our FREE digi promotion is for those customers purchasing our Clear Photopolymer stamp sets.  This promotion only applies to certain stamp sets.  Bugaboo stamps are exempt from this promotion as the artist has maintained the rights to the digital images.  If you would like the digital images for the Bugaboo stamps you can get them at www.bugaboostamps.com

Once you have placed your order we will email you the digital file for the qualifying stamp sets.  Unlike buying the digital images directly from our site you will not have access to the images via your Totally Stampalicious account.  If you ever lose your files you just need to contact us with your order id and we will email you the files again.

What happens when I purchase a Digi stamp?

We have a whole other page for this.  For answers to all of your digi questions please visit our ABOUT DIGI FILES page.

What happens if there is something wrong with my order?

Customer service is our number one priority.  If there is something wrong with your order please do not hesitate to contact us at totallystampalicious@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied.  We are consumers and collectors ourselves so we know the value of  great customer service.

I received my order but there was no packing slip?

We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible.  The reason we do not add a packing slip is because once your order is placed you receive your receipt via email.  If you ever lose your receipt we will always be willing to email you another copy.  It is one small step that we can take to ensure a greener planet for the future.

    Why didn't I receive a shipping notification?

Our shopping cart program does not come with an automatic shipping notification system.  We do our very best to ensure that we personally email you as soon as we ship your order.  We always use the email provided to us on your order form.  If you did not receive your shipping notification please check your spam folder and ensure that you have added totallystampalicious@gmail.com to your safe senders list.  You may also contact us to inquire as to when your order was shipped.

I accidentaly ordered the same item twice? or I ordered the wrong item?

I usually contact you if I see anything on your order that may have been a mistake.  I will always wait for a reply before processing your order.  If a mistake has been made we will always either provide a refund or an exchange of product.  If your order was already shipped and you realized that you ordered the wrong product you can ask for an exchange providing you follow our Return Policy.

    Where are your stamps manufactured?

We have our stamps manufactured in the United States.  All of our stamps are made from high quality photopolymer.  Our manufacturer is top notch and is used by many high end stamp companies.

Why is it important for you to know where we manufacture our stamps?

Some countries that manufacture clear stamps will sometimes replace photopolymer with silicone as it is a cheaper substitute.  Silicone is actually made to repel water, therefore when you ink up your stamp the ink will bead causeing it to leave a distorted image when you stamp it on your cardstock.
