We are located in Alberta, Canada and all packages ship through Canada Post.  Please allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery.  We do our best to ensure that our stamps make it to you on time and in excellent condition however we can not be responsible once Canada Post takes our packages.  Our product is carefully packaged in a bubble envelope and we try to ship out our orders within 3 business days.

Shipping within Canada and the USA is $2.50 for one stamp set and $5.00 for all orders of 2 or more stamp sets.  All International orders (outside Canada and the US) shipping is a flat rate of $8.00.  Please note that we are not responsible for any duties or taxes that may be charged on orders outside of Canada.

You can choose to have your items shipped Xpresspost within Canada or the United States however it is a flat rate of $14.00.  Delivery will be within 3 to 5 business days and a tracking number is provided.

If your order is not received within 4 weeks or it is damaged in anyway please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Average Delivery Times:

These delivery times are estimates on our part and can not be guaranteed.  The estimates are from packages that we have shipped so far and from feedback from our customers.

Canadian deliveries take an average of 1 week.  USA delivery take an average of 2 - 3 weeks to be delivered due to having to cross the border and go through customs.  Canada post does NOT provide a tracking number unless you choose to have it shipped Xpresspost which costs more (please see above).  Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.

Please Note:  All orders going to New York or through New York, the delivery time will take approximately 4 - 6 weeks due to the strict customs regulations in place for the New York area.
