1)  Our digi files are for your personal use only.  This means that you may use them for your own personal use.  Please do not share our digi images.  We do keep track of who has bought the rights to these images.

2)  Our images may not be resold in any way digital or mass produced.  You may however sell our images on your hand crafted creations however please read our angel policy.

3)  You may not use the Content in electronic items for resale such as web templates, wallpapers, digital scrapbooking products, screen-savers, e-cards, or similar products that You intend to sell or distribute.
 

4)  You may not distribute the Content in any form, electronically or in hard copy, except for making personal backups.
 

5)  You may not create printed reproductions for re-sale.
 

6)  You may not share the Content over a network or on a CD or any other way.

7)  You may not use the Content as part of a business name or in any logo or part of any trademark. You may not attempt to copyright or trademark any of the Content.

8)   You may not claim ownership over the Content. All Content is owned by Totally Stampalicious.

9)  Totally Stampalicious owns all rights, including all copyrights, to all of the Content on this website. By purchasing and downloading Content, Totally Stampalicious grants you usage rights, however you may never claim to own the Content purchased. You acknowledge that by purchasing Content from Totally Stampalicious the Content DOES NOT get transferred to You. You MAY NOT claim that the Content belongs to You. Your license is non-transferable. This means that You are NOT allowed to sell, rent, lend, give, sublicense or otherwise transfer the Content to anyone else.

10)  Totally Stampalicious reserves the right to amend or change this agreement at any time.

11)  By purchasing a stamp set you have agreed to our terms of service.

12)  You may not use our digital images on the internet such as a website, blog, company logo or other such venues without first obtaining permission from Totally Stampalicious.  You may however upload pictures of your own personal hand crafted items.
