Opening an account:

Please send an email to totallystampalicious@gmail.com and indicate what type of retail establishment you are.  Please include a business number or copy of your business lisence.  Also, please include your website address (if applicable).

Ordering:

All orders are taken through email.  There is a minimum $100 USD order.

Shipping:

Shipping will be calculated once your order is received and you will be billed accordingly.  All orders outside of Canada may be subject to duties and taxes.  For more information please check with your local post office and / or your import / export department.  You will be responsible for paying any duties and taxes that may apply.

Selling Restrictions:

You may not sell our products on Ebay or any other auction site.

Guarantee / Return Policy:

We guarantee our stamps against manufacturing defects for a period of 60 days from the purchase date.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns.  We may ask that the defective stamps are returned to us before giving a refund or replacement.
